We recommend placing orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for custom cakes and large orders. However, we may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on our schedule. Contact us to check availability.
Yes! We can create gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options for most of our menu items. Please specify any dietary needs when placing your order so we can ensure your dessert is safe and delicious.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your order date, with the balance due upon pickup or delivery. Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit.
Yes! We offer local delivery for an additional fee based on distance. Pickup is also available at our kitchen. Delivery details and scheduling will be discussed when you place your order.
Customization is what we do best. You can mix and match cake flavors, fillings, frostings, colors, and decorations. Share your vision with us and we'll bring it to life.
Most items should be refrigerated and brought to room temperature 30-60 minutes before serving for best taste and texture. Specific storage instructions will be provided with your order.
We operate from a licensed home bakery and don't have a public storefront. However, we attend local pop-up events and farmers markets regularly. Follow us on Instagram for locations and updates!
We understand plans can change! Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. Changes made more than 7 days before the event can usually be accommodated at no extra charge.
